Talitha Roberts is the founder of Dijah’s Place.  Talitha’s mission with Dijah’s Place is to partner with families to help provide a trusted facility, as a real home for their aging loved ones, that is comfortable and safe, and can offer customized and personalized care needs on an individual basis.  

 

She started the program after working more than 25 years in the healthcare industry, that spanned across a diverse range of care needs in various types of environments, with the majority of her career spent caring for seniors.    

 

Talitha’s natural passion to care for others, and her compassion and understanding of each persons unique circumstances, drives her to provide the highest standard of care possible.  The bar she sets for the care she personally provides, helped her recognize the opportunities for growth in the caretaking industry overall, right in her own community.  

 

Talitha feels strongly that herself and her team adhere to her core values while caring for others. 

 

Talitha wanted to ensure she could offer a wide range of services, to a diverse group of unique individuals, at any given point, by allowing for customization of care needs for each person, that result in the design of a more individualized care plan, personalizing the environment and overall experience.
